* For all calls not covered under service plan prevailing rates will be chaged. $145 per hour, after hours is billed at time and a half. All customers without service plans will be charged the same rate, $145 per hour durring business hours, time and a half after business hours. Weekend calls are billed two hour minimum (at after hours rates). Any after hours fuel deliveries will be charged labor rate of $145 per hour at time and a half, with the exception of automatic delivery customers.

DUE TO OUR COMMITMENT FOR HEATING, HOT WATER, AND FUEL EMERGENCIES 365 DAYS A YEAR OUR SUMMER MONTHS ARE THE ONLY DOWN TIME WE GET. WE DO NOT OFFER 24/7 COOLING SERVICE. WE ARE AVAILABLE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am-6pm FOR COOLING SERVICES. ONLY CUSTOMERS WITH SERIOUS HEALTH CONCERNS WILL BE OFFERED EMERGENCY COOLING SERVICES.

Indoor comfort cooling is not considered an emergency unless there are major health concerns such as breathing problems or other serious health concerns and complications. Labor and parts/material will be charged at prevailing rates. Weekend service will be billed at 1.5 times labor rate on Saturday-Sunday. Labor on holiday or holiday weekends will be billed at double time. 2 hour minimum.
