ONLINE FUEL DELIVERY ORDER FORM

You can TEXT or CALL 860-223-5833 for delivery schedule prior to requesting same day delivery for availabiltiy. All same day deliveries must be scheduled prior to 3pm. 

1. Enter the delivery address. 

2. Enter your oil tank fill location from the vantage point of looking at your home standing in the street. Front, Left, Right, Rear. If you are unsure contact our office @860-223-5833. All multiple family homes will need to conact our office before delivery for correct fill location. Please leave a contact number to enusre proper delivery. We will not be held reponsable for deliveries made to a wrong location on customer instruction. Labor will be charged for any transfer or "pump out" at $145 per hour. Any spillage or delivery to a tank that is requested by customer erroneously will be the customers responsability. KNOW YOUR FILL LOCATION AND WHICH RECEIVING TANK IS YOURS.

3. Enter either GALLONS, or a DOLLAR amount requested for delivery.

4. Request same day delivery or a burner priming & restart.

5. Process your payment information. An E-mail will be sent as a receipt. Meter stamped delivery ticket will be left for proof of delivery. 

* Fill pipe must be marked for floor or apartment number to ensure delivery is made to the proper location. Not responsable for miss-delivered product made by customer advice.
