Instructions for delivery:
YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE FILL LOCATION/TANK CONDITION BOX TO PROCESS A DELIVERY.

CALL or TEXT 860-223-5833 for delivery schedule prior to requesting same day delivery. All same day deliveries must be scheduled prior to 3pm.

Enter your oil tank fill location from the vantage point of looking at your home standing in the street. Front, Left, Right, Rear. If you are unsure contact our office @860-223-5833. * All multiple family homes will need to conact our office before delivery for fill location before any delivery is made. Please leave a call back number to enusre proper delivery. We will not be held reponsable for deliveries made to a wrong location on customer instruction. Labor will be charged for any transfer or "pump out" at $145 per hour. Any spillage or delivery to a tank that is requested by customer erroneously will be the customers responsability. KNOW YOUR FILL LOCATION AND WHICH RECEIVING TANK IS YOURS.

Process your payment information. An Email will be sent as a receipt. Meter stamped delivery ticket will be left for proof of delivery.
* Fill pipe must be marked for floor or apartment number to ensure delivery is made to the proper location.
* Not responsable for miss-delivered product made by customer advice.
ALL DELIVERY ORDERS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS OF BEING PROCESSED.
DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE FROM 8AM - 5PM MONDAY - FRIDAY. ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND OR AFTER HOURS WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT BURINESS DAY. THERE ARE NO SAME DAY DELIVERIES ON THE WEEKEND OR AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, SAME DAY FEE WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS NEXT BUSINESS DAY. ALL SAME DAY DELIVERIES NEED TO BE PLACED BY 3 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.
FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY (CALL OUR OFFICE FOR AVAILABILTIY WE MAKE NO PROMISE OF DELIVERY WITHOUT CALLING THE OFFICE FOR SCHEDULE PIRIOR TO PAYMENT.)
ALL FIRST TIME DELIVERIES ARE SUBJECT TO TANK INSPECTION.
*OIL BUNER PRIMING & RESTART WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS REQUESTING SERVICE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. BUNER PRIMING & RESART AFTER DELIVERY WILL BE CHARGED PREVAILING RATES ($145 PER HOUR 8-5 PM, TIME AND A HALF AFTER HOURS).
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE REQUESTED AMOUNT OF FUEL WILL BE ABLE TO BE DELIVERED IN FULL WITH YOUR CURRENT FUEL LEVEL. WE MAY BE UNABLE TO REFUND YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ANY PARTIAL AMOUNT OF DELIVERY. THE DOLLAR AMOUNT LEFT OVER AT THE TIME OF DELVIERY WILL BE HELD AS A CREDIT ON ACCOUNT TOWARDS THE NEXT DELIVERY.
